    All of their books were sold out here (Denver) within 5 minutes of their presentation being over… looking forward to reading it!

    Many good things in from Dan and Chip Heath – one that stands out is “focus on what’s working” and then evaluate and eliminate where necessary those things which are not bearing fruit.

    I have heard the Heath brothers speak, and they are very engaging. This format did not set them up for success. Too much of the interviewer.
