    I like that stuff. Except for one thing. I would rather have people in small groups than volunteer. Volunteering is important, we should teach our people to serve, and we should not pay for what we can involve others to accomplish. but…I dream of a church with people feeding themselves and experiencing community (rather than depending on Sunday mornings to do that). Ideally, members would do both. But if I had to choose, I would rather someone get plugged into a community group and do life together than to volunteer.
