I couldn't really relate to that one because I'm in this camp - I CAN DO IT BETTER. This past spring at the Catalyst One Day in ATL my main take-away was a statement one of the speakers made, "If you delegate tasks you are developing followers but if you delegate responsibility you are developing leaders." It went straight into my heart and I could not forget it. It was a turning point in how I view and do ministry. Funny thing, just this past week a co-worker made a comment on how much better I was getting at turning loose of things to other people. I think God smiled! I still have a LONG way to go but I'm heading in the right direction now. Thanks for this wonderful reminder. (oh, and welcome to GA!
