According to several of the national business magazines, a large number for the jobs that have been lost in America this year will not be filled again by &quot;employees&quot; but rather with technological solutions and outsourcing.  Businesses are finding that the outsourcing route is actually much more effective financially as well as in regards to professional skill set, than hiring a person...training them...paying the benefits and so many other things.

As a rule, the church world runs 5-10 years behind the early adopters in the &quot;secular&quot; and business worlds.  Given that, I believe that we are going to see a trend toward outsourcing the non-ministry essentials.
