		<description>As one formerly employed by Target I can tell you that I brought much of my &quot;brand&quot; training with me when I left and transferred some of it to our Sunday morning environment. 

I think that if the church is truly seeking to engage culture that we must learn a few things from the organizations that are getting it right with people. 

Red carpets don&#039;t really bring them in anymore.</description>
