		<description>Two great walk away points: First, the lone dancer identified his audience and potential followers.  He surrounded himself with like minded or goal oriented people, so he stood up among them.  Had he done this a crowd of suits, it would have been the lone dancer that was just drunk possibly.  Second, the first follower may not have been his most dedicated follower.  He got the momentum started, but you see him exit out the picture to the lower part near the end.  He may have rejoined the party.  Your first follower may not be in it for the long haul.  However, you allow him to be used according to his gifts.</description>
