Sunday’s Coming

This video made me laugh. Good stuff from the North Point team at this year’s Drive Conference.

I saw a slew of new videos from them on Vimeo this morning, and I just skipped that one. Should’ve paid moer attention, I guess.

And yes, that was [Christian-circle-accepted-euphemism] hilarious.

DUDE that was awesome! They have been tracking all the service I’ve posted on Planning Center since January! Nah, really hilarious, so good to look at it and think about how easily and boxed in it can get somtimes.

My question is…why is everyone laughing and no one is doing anything about it. How was Sunday? I’m starting to answer, “I don’t know. Ask me in a couple of weeks and I’ll let you if anything is happening. Have we accomplished the mission if we have a good Sunday, or Monday through Saturday. If we answer the later, then why is the majority of our investment on staff, resources, and time geared toward Sunday?

That is amazing. We are creatures of habit. There is nothing wrong with the habit as long as the habit doesn’t become God

Liturgy, liturgy everywhere. Though no one wants to call it that.
