Introducing MinistryStrategies.com

MinistryStrategiesI have some big news today. I’m launching a brand new venture with the help of some great friends.

Today is opening day for MinistryStrategies.com. It’s a new, unique solution to help churches. The purpose of the new ministry is to help churches take their vision and identify steps to achieve it. It’s like coaching and consulting on steroids at a fraction of the cost of hiring a strategic staff leader.

Among other things, our process includes an online and on-site assessment of your church’s overall health. Then we’ll identify a customized strategic plan to help you take your next steps. We don’t just give you the plan, though, we coach you through implementation and execution. Because of that, we require a minimum six-month commitment. After implementation, we’ll continue to stay in contact with you for ongoing coaching and consultation.

We’re prepared to help churches clarify strategies in areas like:

  • Weekend service environments
  • Ministry growth
  • Multi-site
  • Volunteer connections
  • Family ministries
  • Discipleship
  • Staffing structure and systems
  • Financial strategy and systems
  • Communications/social media
  • Community outreach
  • Leadership development

Here’s what’s unique about what we offer. You don’t get just one experienced consultant – you get our entire team. It’s a great group including Scott Williams, Dan Reiland, Mark Morgan, Tammy Kelley, Eric Geiger and Paul Allen. All of these folks are strategic leaders that have served in great churches across the country. And, the team has lots of experience consulting for churches of all shapes and sizes.

Go check out the new website. Subscribe to the new blog. And, feel free to contact us if you’d like to learn more.

This is going to be fun!
