What can we do to support senior pastors?
Last week I was meeting with a group of senior pastors. In our conversation, I asked what’s one way other leaders on your team can support you and help you be successful in your role? Being the senior pastor of a spiritual enterprise creates many days of being lonely while working in a crowded space. Encouraging notes are good but notes from staff members are even better. They know me the best (warts and all) and their support speaks deeply
