Paul Alexander is a ministry consultant. He is a pastor, speaker and strategist who has a passion for helping churches make vision real. For more than 10 years he has served on the senior leadership teams of some of the nation’s leading mega-churches. Currently, Paul is serving as the Executive Pastor at Sun Valley Community Church, a large multi-site church located in the Phoenix area. He has engaged in training on leadership and ministry strategies with Tony Morgan through coaching and consulting relationships. Paul has been married to his wife Lisa for more than 15 years. Together they have three children Kennedy, Mia, and Lincoln.
Troy Page is a ministry consultant. He’s also the Worship Arts Pastor at West Ridge Church in Dallas, Georgia. For over 15 years Troy has served on the senior leadership teams of Fellowship Church (Dallas/Fort Worth) and West Ridge Church. He has played a variety of pastoral leadership roles including Single Adult Ministry, Spiritual Development, Missions, Creative Arts, Communications and Marketing. He has also served as a lead teacher communicating with audiences of 20,000+ people. With an eye for excellence and a love for creativity Troy likes to find holes and envision solutions that will take ministry to the next level. Troy lives near Atlanta Georgia with his wife Lindsey and their son Cohen.
Doug Slaybaugh is a strategist, planner, and facilitator of ideas, people and organizations. Doug has spent nearly 30 years working with leaders and organizations in developing, organizing, facilitating and implementing leadership training and resources and has witnessed thousands attend conferences that he has produced. For 14 of those years, he served with Rick Warren as part of Saddleback’s pastoral executive team and also served as President of Purpose Driven from its conception. Doug was involved with the development and launch of the popular program 40 Days of Purpose, based on the best selling book, The Purpose Driven Life. For the last six years, Doug has been applying his experience and strategic talents with high capacity ministry leaders and organizations and is a partner of the Tom Paterson Center. Doug graduated from Huntington College with a degree in psychology and from Fuller Theological Seminary with a degree in theology. He has been married for over 33 years to his wife, Fay, and has three adult sons and one new daughter-in-law. He resides in North San Diego County in the beach village of Carlsbad, California.
Jason Vernon is the director of marketing and business development. He graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Marketing and a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership. Jason also received an MBA from Lynchburg College. After spending seven years as a marketing consultant, Jason left his role as the business manager of the marketing firm to focus on his ministry. He is currently the lead pastor of the RTP Community Church in Durham, NC. Jason enjoys reading, playing softball and spending time with his wife and son.
Amanda Griffin is the executive assistant. She previously worked with the reThink Group as an Orange Representative interacting with church leaders worldwide. Amanda and her husband Joel have been involved in starting two churches in the last six years. She led her church’s Children’s Ministry for two years and coordinated The Egg Drop, a community wide event attracting over 3,000 people. Amanda considers her strengths to be planning, organizing, and staying within a budget. Together her and her husband have two daughters, Madalynn and Sophia.
