Perry had some great insights yesterday on creating a leadership environment:
Do not put people on your team who are just like you.
Hire “Yes Men.” (you’ll have to read Perry’s explanation)
Encourage conflict.
LISTEN to those closest to you.
He can’t sing, but he sure does know a lot about leadership.
