This engagement is designed to help your church have a fresh set of eyes looking at your weekend service experience. This review will include:

• Taking my online ministry survey to better understand your vision and values to determine whether your weekend service fulfills its intended purpose
• Reviewing your online presence through the eyes of a first-time guest
• Interacting with the environments outside the worship service including parking, guest services and children’s ministry
• Participating in worship services to review your platform communications, media, music and teaching
• Considering flow of next steps offered at the conclusion of the services
• Engaging conversations with random guests to capture their impressions of the service experience
• Debriefing the service experience with the leadership team
• Compiling an executive summary identifying observations, strengths and recommendations for next steps
• Schedule a follow up call within 30 days to talk through the executive summary
