Compensation Studies: How much should we pay our church staff?

I had a church contact me asking about compensation for staff. They were looking for comparison data for specific positions. It’s a question I get often, so let me share a few resources that may help.

By the way when it comes to compensation, this is my philosophy. I’d rather have fewer quality staff leaders that I compensate well. That’s better than having many staff members who I can’t compensate appropriately. It’s another example of less being more.
