03.16.16 UPDATE: Based on demand, we have decided to open this coaching network up to two more churches, for a total of 8. Just two spots left!
This spring, I’m inviting leaders from 6 8 churches to join me for a new coaching network focused on effective multisite leadership.
In recent months, I’ve heard from leaders across the country that these are some of the main topics you’re wrestling with:
-
Refining Your Multisite Model
-
Clarifying How You Staff, Structure and Operate
-
Campus Constants
-
Best Practices for Launching a New Campus
-
Managing the Tension Between Central Services and Campus Leadership
We’re designing the Multisite Leadership Coaching Network to challenge you to take specific, practical next steps to grow in effectiveness leading one church in multiple locations.
Who This Network Is For
This network is for leaders at churches planning to launch or expand their multisite strategy. It will be a nine-month, collaborative coaching experience comprised of three gatherings in Atlanta and six live, virtual meetings.
We’re requiring registration in teams of two from each church — which means we have space for just 6 8 churches, with each church sending 2 leaders. I want this network to be practical and help you lead real change, and we’ve found that requires the buy-in of more than one senior leader.
This coaching network is most suited for lead pastors, campus pastors, executive pastors, and multisite directors at churches planning to launch or expand their multisite strategy.
As an added bonus, I’ve invited Amy Anderson from The Unstuck Group to join us for all nine months. Amy spent 12 years on the senior leadership team of Eagle Brook Church, helping it grow from one location of 3,000 to six campuses of over 20,000. She was one of the panelists sharing her insights and experience on our recent Making Multisite Work webinar.
If you want to be a part of this, apply asap. Those 8 spaces will go fast. (In fact, we are already reviewing the first few applications.) Only 2 spots left.
I’m passionate about helping churches find ways to lead more people in more places to a relationship with Jesus. I look forward to getting this group together to continue refining how multisite can help the Church do that in years to come.
