Healthy churches don’t happen overnight. They also don’t happen in isolation.
Many leaders, and their churches, get stuck because they feel alone—like no one can understand their problems, or relate to the issues they’re working through. This mindset is not only false, but extremely destructive to the health of churches and leaders alike. Leaders need community. Churches need accountability.
My team and I at The Unstuck Group are passionate about helping you take your next step towards leading an unstuck church. That’s why we host leadership coaching networks twice a year—to provide an opportunity for pastors to grow in community and learn with and from each other. This spring, I’m hosting 4 new leadership coaching networks in 2 different locations.
Each 7-month, collaborative coaching network experience includes 3 group gatherings, 2 exclusive webinars, and 2 one-on-one coaching calls. Group gatherings for this spring session will take place in Dallas and Atlanta.
There are 7 spaces available in each coaching network. Spots are filling up fast, so don’t hesitate to act if you feel this could be the next step for your church. Here’s a brief overview of the topics:
Leading an Unstuck Church
Learn best practices from healthy, growing churches and begin applying them in your church environment from day one. Walk with like-minded leaders as we help you evaluate where your church sits in its life cycle, clarify who you are trying to reach and how best to reach them, identify and fuel your church’s growth engines, and structure your staff team to fit your strategy.
Leading an Unstuck Multisite Church
There are many different ways to design a multisite model, but not all are equally effective. Through this experience, your team will learn best practices for leading a healthy, effective multisite church. Join us as we uncover common pitfalls in multisite, clarify how to staff, structure, and operate in the multisite context, and learn to lead through the tension of central vs. campus.
